These terms govern your use of this website and your booking of services from Prime Shine Solutions (“we,” “us”), a mobile auto detailing business based in Raymore, Missouri.

Quotes and booking

Quotes provided through this website, by phone, or by text are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins and may adjust if the vehicle’s size or condition differs materially from what was described. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm the date and time with you directly.

Access and conditions

Our service is fully mobile: we bring water, power, and equipment. You agree to provide safe, legal access to the vehicle at the agreed location. We may reschedule for severe weather or unsafe conditions.

Cancellations

Plans change; we get it. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule, ideally 24 hours.

Vehicle condition

Detailing is a cleaning and restoration service, not a repair service. Pre-existing damage (worn or brittle trim, aged clear coat, prior scratches, loose parts, aftermarket tint or wraps) may become more visible once dirt is removed and is not caused by cleaning. We photograph notable pre-existing conditions before starting where practical. Please remove valuables from the vehicle before your appointment; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Results

We work to a high standard on every vehicle, and results depend on the vehicle’s age and condition. Specific outcomes (for example, complete removal of a particular stain, odor, or scratch) cannot be guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, tell us before we leave and we will make it right where we reasonably can.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

All content on this site, including photos of our work, is owned by Prime Shine Solutions and may not be reused without permission. Photos shown are real vehicles we detailed.

Text message program

Prime Shine Solutions sends text messages about quote requests, appointments, and service updates to customers who consent on our quote form or who ask us to text them. Message frequency varies.
